Berger Properties has owned and operated properties in Philadelphia since 1989. We own properties in University City and Overbrook, Philadelphia, which are conveniently located near Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania, and St. Joseph's University, and with easy access to many of the other colleges and universities in and around the greater Philadelphia area.

Both University City and Overbrook are areas that feature shops and restaurants. Both are also easily accessible by public transportation via SEPTA's Market Frankford line, trolley system, and/or regional rail.
